Doug Valenti
Chief Executive Officer

Doug brings over twenty years of experience and achievement to QuinStreet. He was previously a partner with venture capital firm Rosewood Capital, a consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc., a manager with The Procter & Gamble Company, and a nuclear submarine officer in the United States Navy.

Bronwyn Syiek
President & Chief Operating Officer

Bronwyn brings over twenty years of unparalleled entrepreneurial and operating experience and success to QuinStreet. Previously, she served on the management committee of De La Rue, a major European provider of on and off-line security products and services with over $1 billion in annual turnover. She has also been a consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc. and co-founder of an investment banking boutique.

Kenneth Hahn
Chief Financial Officer

Kenneth R. Hahn brings nearly twenty years of finance experience to QuinStreet. Previously, he was SVP and CFO of Borland Software Corporation where he was responsible for financial and administrative operations, and investor relations activities.  Hahn was also SVP, CFO, and secretary of Extensity, Inc., where he built the financial systems and control processes leading to the IPO in January 2000. Hahn's early career was spent with Boston Consulting Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tom Cheli
Executive Vice President

Tom and his group are responsible for enrolling and supporting QuinStreet's network of online publishers. He has over ten years of sales management experience, building and training inside and outside sales forces. Most recently, Tom was Director of Sales & Sales Operations at Collagen Aesthetics Corporation. Prior to Collagen, Tom held sales and sales management positions at Akorn Ophthalmics, Merck Pharmaceuticals and Syntex Pharmaceuticals.

Scott Mackley
Executive Vice President

Scott and his group are responsible for expanding QuinStreet's client base, and for developing and managing marketing programs for clients. Scott brings over ten years of finance and business development experience to the Company. He was previously with Salomon Smith Barney's Equity Trading unit, and also held positions in Salomon Brothers' Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets divisions.
